Having your unimportant email moved out of your Inbox into another folder is meant to stop unwanted interruptions. Those unwanted interruptions are moved into your SaneLater folder.
If an email is in your SaneLater folder that should be in your Inbox, you can easily teach us that by simply moving it into your Inbox.
SaneLater emails are also summarized in your Daily Message Digest which by default is sent to you at 4pm. You can receive a summary of new unimportant email more often in your Email Preferences.
