If you see alerts for emails that end up in @SaneLater, you probably have your email setup on your smartphone as an exchange account set to push. And the email is pushed through quicker than the message is filed.

If you would rather not be distracted by something that is going into your Sanelater folder anyway, then you should change your phone settings to have the phone check as often as possible (not using push).  This will delay your seeing your new email by a minute or so, but will allow us to win the race and avoid the unnecessary alerts.
